All RX series servers include a 3-year warranty with replacement of parts within 48 business hours. We cover manufacturing defects on the motherboard, power supplies, and RAID controllers. The warranty does not cover damage from unauthorized handling or environmental conditions outside of specifications.
Yes, our 24-port SFP+ switches accept standard optical modules from the market, as long as they meet the MSA specification. We recommend verifying the wavelength and link distance before purchase. To ensure performance, we offer certified Tianxinku modules with direct technical support.
For orders of up to 10 units, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. Larger volumes require 15 to 20 business days, depending on the configuration and component availability. All shipments are made from our distribution center in Argentina with real-time tracking.

The service includes network topology review, initial VLAN and routing configuration, and interoperability testing with equipment from other manufacturers. The R720 model includes a basic SD-WAN implementation that allows load balancing between two WAN links and automatic failover. For advanced features such as centralized orchestration or dynamic tunnels, the R720 Pro version is required, available under special order.
